Not your regular Haute Dogs & Fries

Seems like I had read a spread about it in the Loudoun Magazine a while back. Like me, you’ve probably thought to yourself, I should really try this place out! and then it doesn’t happen. Well, the hubby totally stunned me with this impromptu luncheon on Sunday afternoon. First off, love Purcellville. It has character, charm, and unique eats. And Haute Dogs & Fries is no exception.

The outside is pretty unassuming, but open that door, and stop and take it all in. A visual feast for starters. Framed portraits of dogs strike poses on the walls, almost rivaling the recognizable splashes of pop culture alongside them. But the decor doesn’t even match the flavors those dogs boast. A buttered, grilled bun with an all-beef dog and topics galore make for one delicious meal. And with a side of hand-cut fries. Oh, my, my, my! Guilty pleasure eating at its finest.

While it’s still warm outside, enjoy your meal al fresco.

On the road again with a mustard-stained collar,

Ms. Thrifty
